Trainee Seer - A dedicated staff member who would like to handle quests and events. They will learn how they are handled through the shard.
Seer -  Trains Trainee Game Masters.
Head Seer - Makes sure the Seers are doing their job. Also trains Trainee Seers.
Admin - Plays god? There will only be a select  few Admin at any time, so the job of Admin is of no importance to you.
